Jeffrey has 30+ years of experience working in catering, restaurants, and managed facilities. His creative and dynamic culinary leadership skills combined with his meticulous industry experience, provides Jeff with an expertise like none other. Jeffrey was owner of Spice of Life Catering for over 20 years. In addition, Jeff was also a part of The Mansion on Turtle Creek Company and Culinaire International. Being adept at change management and business leadership, Jeffrey contributes to IHG’s outstanding customer service and innovative approach to food service.
Ross Kollinger – President & COO
With over 20 years in the industry, Ross demonstrates a disciplined business expertise with a determination towards deliverables. Ross has served in the food management industry including operations and franchise consulting and development, supply chain and distribution, facility design/construction & equipment sales, and facility management. With Ross’s expertise and commitment to excellence, he contributes to IHG’s quality of services, fresh ingredients, and superior service to customers.
